Very nice place and the ribs were amazing, my wife had the ribeye and she was very pleased. Our server took very good care of us, all in all very pleased.
Service was bad and food was cold Orders came intermittently. Not a good visit this time
I'm so impressed with the Red Onion. One of my friends went there and had some awesome service from a great male waiter...and I'm pretty sure I know who it is. I'm so happy she had such a great experience.
Last night 6 of us decided to try Red Onion. Took 30 minutes for the waitress to take our order. Another 45 minutes(at least) to get our food and everyone's meals were cold. We were extremely disappointed and will not be back. It would have been different had it been busy, but it wasn't.
Always delicious. Staff is wonderful. How can you go wrong with stawberry butter.

Reading some of these posts just blows my mind. I try and eat at this establishment whenever I'm in southern Illinois. I have only ever experienced great food and very friendly staff. I highly recommend this restaurant!
