RecommendedGreat place for kids an family.
DO NOT GO HERE! Ribs are so tuff you can’t tear apart, or chew them! Not to mention when you get carry out they always leave food out! When you call to complain, they say “we have young kids working today” so hire people but don’t train them. Pretty sure the “young people” didn’t cook the ribs! We try an support local business but when they have horrible food it is hard.
Good place to eat ,waitress friendly
Less wait time,my steak was not cooked like i ordered ,i ordered a loaded bake potatoe recieved plain 1 ,my husband said his lobster tasted like dishwater soap and gave him garlic butter would perfer regular butter. Waitress did offer another steak when we was paying bill but didnt want to wait another hr,we heard such good reviews and drove over an hr away to be so disappointed will not recomend nor come back.
The Red Onion in Equality is without a doubt, one of the top three best restaurants in Southern Illinois.
Delicious best food I've eaten since I've came to Illinois 9 days ago
We came today because we heard it was a place we needed to try. Well it was very disappointing, terribly slow service. Food was not good at all. We waited 15 mins just to get a table cleaned and even get drinks. Just about every table was dirty. They weren't even busy which is sad. The 2 different servers we encountered weren't friendly either. Never welcomed us or even ask if everything was ok. Total waste of time and money. We won't return. Anniversary dinner ruined.
