Red Oak is a lousy sanitation company and I would give it a zero star ( or negative star!) if I could. Unfortunately the subdivision we live in has a contract with Red Oak and I cannot cancel my service. in other words I am stuck with their terrible service and unprofessional attitude against my will. Set up new service and representative said address is good, Cumming, GA. Took a 3 month deposit plus setup fee. $150.00. Called back next day and said supervisor overruled, street to busy. My street is a residential street with normal to light traffic. I am a private landowner and the truth is I'm not worth their time. Wouldn't refund my credit card told I have to wait until it is convenient for their AP department to issue a refund. Poorly run business! BEWARE!!!!!!
I sat on hold when my recycle had once again not been picked up for over two hours. I heard someone pick up and then quickly put me on hold again. When you do get hold of a real person, they are most often very rude. Go with anybody else.
WORST COMPANY EVER! These idiots cant manage to pick up my trash even. Every single week my trash is missed and I call in to speak to a rude woman who fills you with lines of 'trash' and empty promises. Avoid wasting your money/time with these incompetent worthless goons
