Scheduled a television pick up. This was an additional paid service, which was scheduled for a week. Called today, when they did not pick up the television. The driver decided to "not" pick up the TV stating it was not laying down flat on the ground. Very poor service. Terrible excuses

Worse service ever, they don’t know what they are doing. They missed our pickup weeks at a time had to call each week. Finally canceled service now we can’t get them to pick up their cans, very unprofessional don’t waste your money.

Absolutely the worst trash company. They closed our account because our location "is too hard to get into". they consistently missed days because there was "too much traffic".

!st part COPIED and Pasted from another review because it was so on point!!! Red Oak is a lousy sanitation company and I would give it a zero star ( or negative star!) if I could. Unfortunately, the subdivision we JUST MOVED IN TO>>> has a contract with Red Oak and I cannot cancel my service. I am stuck with their terrible service and unprofessional attitude against my will. Red Oak is a lousy sanitation company and I would give it a zero star ( or negative star!) if I could. Unfortunately the subdivision we live in has a contract with Red Oak and I cannot cancel my service. in other words I am stuck with their terrible service and unprofessional attitude against my will. Set up new service and representative said address is good, Cumming, GA. Took a 3 month deposit plus setup fee. $150.00. Called back next day and said supervisor overruled, street to busy. My street is a residential street with normal to light traffic. I am a private landowner and the truth is I'm not worth their time. Wouldn't refund my credit card told I have to wait until it is convenient for their AP department to issue a refund. Poorly run business! BEWARE!!!!!!

I sat on hold when my recycle had once again not been picked up for over two hours. I heard someone pick up and then quickly put me on hold again. When you do get hold of a real person, they are most often very rude. Go with anybody else.

WORST COMPANY EVER! These idiots cant manage to pick up my trash even. Every single week my trash is missed and I call in to speak to a rude woman who fills you with lines of 'trash' and empty promises. Avoid wasting your money/time with these incompetent worthless goons
