I am meticulous and my time is extremely valuable so I was worried about leaving Rickenbaugh Cadillac and finding a comparable dealership in the Springs. This is my fourth Cadillac purchase with Jerry Sparks at Red Noland. Jerry knows what I want and the purchase process he makes so easy and comfortable. On top of my sales rep, Jerry, the service department is outstanding. My service tech is Keith and is always accommodating to my schedule. I will continue purchase with Red Noland Cadillac.
Despite a disappointing number of service appointments for a recurring issue on my less than 8-month old CT6, Red Noland Cadillac facilitated a buy-back and subsequent replacement getting me into a new CT6. Fantastic professionals who understand the art of customer service.
