I told them what I was looking for, and they had it for me -- the next day. Great service. I also like the fact that Red Noland hires a lot of veterans, and their service department is great. (and Jeanette decorates a great Christmas tree).
I can always rely on excellent service at Red Noland. I wouldn't take my car to any other body shop or repair facility. They have serviced and repaired my Buick, Oldsmobile, and two Cadillacs for 25+ years. Their sales people, service department, and receptionist Jeanette are welcoming and professional, and their waiting room is pleasant and clean. They are the best!
We have always had excellent service at Red Noland. We previously owned an Infiniti and experienced the same level of service at that Red Noland dealership. At the Cadillac dealership, employees remember us and take time to talk some. Our dog is welcome in the showroom, and there are treats for her and donuts for us. Buddy in the service department is always great, provides a loaner so that we can run errands while we are in Colorado Springs.
