They have been great to deal with, have excellent customer service, and treat even my minor, regular maintenance service visits as though they are just as important as a bigger job. Although I dreaded starting the car buying process, once I met John Zumbo and Carl at Infiniti my mind was changed! It was refreshing to work with sales professionals who know how to provide a pleasant car buying experience.
