Everyone is super attentive and friendly. The place looks amazing and if you have to wait they make sure you are going to be comfortable. They go above and beyond.

Service depart goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right with the car before releasing it back to us. Recent servicing resulted in a problem that could not be found by one of the regular techs. It required the attention of their master tech. Our car had to be kept over the weekend and we were provided with a no cost loaner. Chuck stayed on top of everything and made sure the repair was done right.
The service department (esp Chuck) goes beyond trying to work with my schedule and I appreciate this so much. I never have issues with them and they always see me in a timely manner. 5 stars from me!!
Everyone knows dealerships are more expensive for service but this last visit really felt like a rip off. I was given a loaner car and then told I had to fill the tank before returning one gallon per twenty miles driven! I have never experienced this type of charge for using the loaner and it was not explained to me until I was sitting in the loaner car needing to get to work. The absolute worst service department I have ever dealt with. My QX60 sat at their service department for days with none of my issues resolved. The one issue they could fix, the part is of course on back order and as of today, after weeks waiting and calling and leaving messages, I, of course, have not heard anything from anyone at this dealership. And to top it all off, after being told to bring their loaner back and pick up my QX60, it was filthy. Wow!
