Always super helpful when I call
This place is beyond slimey. Wrong information into their system about an accident while the vehicle was in my possession. Now i am paying the price. Expect no help from staff. Talk to your primary insurance to make sure they aren't using companies like this one. Buyer BEWARE . Stay far away.
I'd give a zero if I could. This service is shady at best. I bought a car for my daughter recently and could not obtain insurance from my carrier because of a report they received from this company. They claim that an auction employee reported "frame damage" back in 2008, yet no such damage was ever reported to the owner's insurance nor was it noted on the title.
