Sam has done multiple renovations for our family. We first did a big kitchen/laundry/pantry renovation. Sam worked with us as we lived in the basement during the renovation and helped us to coordinate things (like laundry set up) to make life as easy as possible. Sam did such a great job with the first renovation that he also did a master bath, hall bath and screened in porch renovation for us. He can do it all! He is trustworthy and honest. Sam did our home renovation in Summer/Fall of 2023. During that time we had an infant and he did everything he could to accommodate around nap time when the baby was here in the afternoons. We chose to live in the house during the renovation, and he went above and beyond to keep us as comfortable as possible. He also took it upon himself to let some of the subcontractors go after they were being disrespectful of our property, and quickly found a replacement. The worst possible “restoration” work I could imagine. Also, the worst possible crews of unskilled and uncaring laborers. Their painters couldn’t paint a straight line but COULD find ESPN on our TV. Yes, they were recommended by our insurance provider because our quality construction company couldn’t do the restoration for what insurance company was willing to pay.
