The Waiter/service was amazing and the food was good too! Ambience was romantic and the place eclectic. A fun place! The booths are perfect for a couple!
I been going to Red Monkey Tavern for while now, I have always had superior service till tonight.. first off drinks went empty, waiter sitting down across from us gossiping, then food comes out by another waiter, I asked for ketchup and A1, ended up getting another waiter to get that for me! Top it off fries was cold and mash potatoes, ny strip was tough, then drinks run out again, told waiter about food didn't eat half it. Order a appetizer, after waiting awhile and no appetizer showing up. Asked the waitress and was told she forgot. Food showed up after about 45 minutes had no silverware to eat it. Asked the waitress for some she said she would get some. But first she went to another table and took their order while our food sit there getting cold. Told the manager he came out with silverware. He asked if he could get us some refills, 5 minutes later waitress came out with drinks. Bad service no one seem to care. $88 later will never go back.
Tonight was my first...and last visit to this restaurant. We had to ask for silverware and napkins after the food came. The waitress never returned to fill our glasses. We saw the manager and and asked for refills.
I ordered the buffalo mac n cheese the chicken was great but the mac and cheese was horrible !! The food was definitely not worth the price but the mixed drinks was awesome
Hands down a gem of Raleigh. Great food, local NC beers on tap, and the BEST Gourmet Burgers! All our visit have been met with excellent service and staff!
Love this place! Skip the Cheesecake Factory and go right next door!
I loved the atmosphere an the people we're friendly. The food was awesome
Server was new and screwed up our order. Food was decent, definitely not worth the high prices. I chose to forego Cheesecake Factory for something new. With those prices, I'll stick with what I know next time. Beer was good though.
