Hi there, my experience at RedMc Service was far from good. I brought my Highlander Hybrid 2013 with Rear Controller AC problems, they first misdiagnosed it, saying that was only low in refrigerant, charged me for it, and when I brought it back because the problem was still there, they took forever to diagnose it again, and failed to get the extended warranty company to cover for the repair.
