I was going to take back my purchase on the no questions asked 3 day exchange policy and the sales manager had threatened to take away my rebate and charge me $80 a month more for the exchange, even though the other truck was $2000 less. He was asking questions why I wanted to return it and mentioned that it would hit his bottom line if I returned it. I offered to add $2000 on accessories but still continued to be condescending towards me. This was my 2nd Toyota tundra purchase. I will never buy another Toyota.

Had a great experience buying a Highlander with Matt. We got a really great deal on a new car when we normally buy used. Matt was very helpful, knowledgeable about all the features and was not pushy at all. The process was much more enjoyable than a normal car buying experience.
