I’ve had enough with this place. In mid 2019 I purchased my truck off the showroom floor and was so excited. This was short lived. At about 3000 miles my truck started to make noice when I pressed on the brakes. I made an appointment for the issue and a couple days after it made the same sound. I took it back maybe 2 months later and a rear shock was busted so they sent me to a third party to have it repaired and they said that probably why I was hearing that sound. That was not the issue.
