My husband and I have been trying to get a refund on an extended warranty since December. When we bought the car, we were told we could cancel the warranty over the phone and would be issued a refund right away. That was a huge lie. We have called, emailed, visited in person, worked with the social media manager of this account several times. RecommendedHans Hardin was our Salesman and we went there specifically for him. He said he could get us into the truck we wanted and he worked to make sure that happened. He stayed with us to the very end and made it a great buying experience. We will definitely go back to him and will refer our friends to him.

Then couple minutes later I get a text from Obed Terrazas and the rest is history because I got my dream car all thanks to him.
