I’ve been trying to cancel an extended warranty for months now, but no dice. Can’t get anything done over the phone, can’t get anything done in person, and all the emails I send go unanswered. The people in the finance office either don’t know how to do their jobs or they’re intentionally stalling to try to keep a commission. Either way, people should know how this place does business.
