The people are nice but rooms are disgustingly the bathtub and sink are clogged and I found bed bugs on me and went to check if their was more I found blood stains underneath the bed sheets
The room wasn't cleaned very well. When we opened the window there was a man taking a poop right in the open and the worst of all someone went around at 3am opening everyone's doors and got into one of the people's rooms that traveled with us. When we spoke to the man at the desk we wanted to get in contact with the supervisor and he refused to give us any info to get in contact with them. Right down from the Angel Of The Winds Arena, close to shopping and fast food.
Remote was busted. No leg room for the single chair in the room so what's the point. Tub pooled when I took a shower. Tub was slippery. Paint was chipping in places. Breakfast mid, it consited of cereal, "toast" and packaged products from Costco. Bed was comfortabl though.
I travel quite a bit for work and it is an understatement to say that is has been the WORST hotel experience ever. I relied on the Red Lions reputation and this was definitely the bottom of the barrel hotel. Driving into the parking lot, it seems to be a vacant storage space that’s all boarded up. Parking lot was filled with trash. When we walked into our room, it smelled like BO and animal urine. I tried to open up the window to air out the smell and that didn’t work.
