Less than poor customer service. Hateful, arrogant employee was a lot less than helpful. Steer well clear of this organization.
Rated five stars because it’s not too bad for being super cheap
No complaints, good place I’d stay here again and again . Location is nice , bus access convenient. Quiet, and good temp control in rooms, free WiFi and smart tvs

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well run. Like any busy property with real guests coming through daily, there are small cosmetic signs of normal use in places (minor scuffs in high-traffic areas, etc.), but nothing that affects the stay.
