I arrived tired after a long flight and asked for early check-in for an additional fee, but I was refused because they said there were no rooms available. I find it hard to believe that the hotel was completely sold out. When I was finally checked in, I was assigned a room in the second building. To get there, I had to use a large staircase, but there was no elevator or ramp for luggage. I asked for help carrying my suitcase upstairs, but I had to wait about an hour for a porter. I personally have not stayed there but a colleague just stay there and had issues with the so-called security / parking deposit, and the time to refund the deposit, the lack of transparency is disturbing. This is why I will not or never recommend this property to our company of over 500 employees. To note add all hotels hold your deposit 7 to 10 days to make interest off of your deposit. It takes less than 2 minutes to refund a deposit to your original form of payment so it's a total scam

Do not stay here! The cleanliness is terrible!! My room didn’t even look clean. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed and the bathroom was gross!! Don’t recommend!!
