SHAME ON YOU ..!!!!! Absolutely unacceptable experience at Red Lion Hotel Bellevue. My pregnant wife and I came directly from the hospital today after spending hours in OB emergency because she is very close to delivery and experiencing severe pain and cramps. The hospital advised us that delivery could happen any hour or any day and asked us to return immediately if the pain worsened. Upon checking in and starting to settle down we noticed a human toe nail next to the bed. It did not belong to me or my husband. Then as I picked up the phone I see a pubic hair or rather a short and curly on the phone charging box. The girl at the front desk offered to move us but wouldn’t bring the keys to us. I would not have been too bothered other than we were already in the furthest building from the lobby. We will definitely not be staying here again. The staff is rude and when you pay for a premium 2 queen room and they give you a double bed instead and laugh at you when you ask them about it. Never again will I stay at this location. Mold on the ceiling in the hall. In the picture they gave us the top pic.
So I have been there from 09 to 11/4/2026. The usual checkin time was 1500hours as protocol but I have been asked to wait until 1600hours before the checkin. Also, if I wouldn't have asked them for a checkin at 1600hours, they dint even bother to take a note. They have taken the securtiy deposit of 50usd saying it will be refunded after the checkout.
