Absolutely awesome experience. Got to me via text and answered my question at like 2am. Set up appointment for later that morning. I got 2 new keys cut in about 25 min for my 09 mustang. Keys start car, buttons all activate except trunk pop. They don't know that yet though so nothing on them. For only having one crap key to 3 sets is a huge relief and piece of mind. Thanks guys you rocked!
The technician was polite, professional, and completed the job as he detailed awesome service. He was also timely. He got there so fast. I forgot I was waiting definitely five stars.
Service was quick and efficient... The pricing is a little bit high for my liking.. But T the end of the day.. From the time I called them to come to the airport.. The owner traveled to me and had a fob made within like 20 kins.
Our hitch lock key broke off in the lock while camping, and with the hitch lock locked in place with no way to remove it, we wouldn't be able to re-hitch our camper when it was time to leave. We called Red Key based on reviews and the service was above expectations. They graciously worked around our vacation itinerary ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND to get us squared away, without throwing all our plans into chaos.
