Got me in the same day I called. Very polite and great at her job.
I had my car towed by my aaa to a garage but they told me it needed to go to the dealership because my car was throwing a lot of security codes. So I called a towing company to tow my car back home and I asked the driver about my fob and security codes coming up could it be my fob so he said to me call Red Key in Tonawanda so I called and guess what they came right out and he figured out the problem it was my fob the responder was missing in my fob it must have fallen out when I changed the battery. Thank you so much 🙂
