Made phone contact with Red Key after locking myself out of my home (windows and other doors were locked) Was quoted approximately an hour for a tech to arrive, tech arrived as quoted, was able to get us back in the house without any problems- no damage whatsoever done to our home. Happy to report duplicate keys have been made! Overall positive experience from a somewhat frustrating situation.
Overall great experience! On time, friendly and would definitely use again. Much better than going to a dealership for replacement FOB.
