This is my second time using Red Key. 3 weeks ago, I purchased a new key fob for my 2012 Grand Caravan from them. I had a great experience then and figured I better get a second key fob to replace the remaining original key fob which had been acting up. Another great experience - just walked in without an appointment and was in and out. Service was excellent. I'm amazed that they have exact fob replacements in stock for all models of vehicles, even older ones.
I never thought I’d need a new key for my vehicle and didn’t even know I could get one! My experience was excellent. I called and asked and Red Key explained how it all would work and it was completed so quickly with kindness and expertise. I am so thankful. Needing a new key wasn’t the best way to start the new year but working with this company made it less painful than I thought it would be. Thank you! Five Stars plus!
