Tim was AWESOME! Super knowledgeable about cars and had a great personality and attitude. He was quick to come to my rescue. I lost my keys and didn’t have a backup and he made the key fob and programming all set honestly under an hour.
A hour late and still waiting. I have to tell my job i can't be on time bc I'm waiting. Based on my experience so far.... zero stars are appropriate. They are charging me 450 for a key replacement. Seems a little steep. Their tech never showed up. Almost 3 hours later they call me 5 times trying To reschedule for 2 days later. All together, a disaster. Tried to use them for late night lock out and continently could not use a credit card and demanded Venmo or Zelle. Called 10 mins later and wouldn’t come without a deposit. I told him it sounded like a scam and he laughed at me and said he was happy to go back to bed.
