Good service decent technician came out only thing is they had to return to program the key just would be nice to know ahead of time what they charge for a return service before hand not when they arrive I called the company to confirm the amount they didn't like that I asked and told me they'll just give me my money back they lost out on money from other customers cause they took long to service my car.. everything was fine and good tech was good looked out for me when he finished but until I called to ask about the amount ... read more
Red Key saved our week. They drove all the way to Avon to get us a new key fob. The agent programmed a new key in about 15 minutes. Tested it and explained what to do if any issues arrise with the new key. We have not had any issues and are very grateful for the swift and professional service.
