Where I come from BBQ is a food group. I know good BBQ and these folks do too. You are going to be met with a friendly smile as you walk in the door and you will leave with a smile of your own. First time visit to Red Hub Food Co. today. Some of my co-workers told me that RHFC was doing lunch! I had to give it a try and I am so glad I did. I ordered the pulled pork platter as I like to judge a BBQ "joint" (but they are so much more) by the quality of the pulled pork. RHFC passed the test.
