Thanks for the great lunch! Red Hub is conveniently located between our home and work, and it will be a regular in our lunch rotation. I ordered the brisket & pulled pork platter with a side of collards, and everything was great. The brisket was juicy and flavorful and the pulled pork perfectly done with bits of bark. The four housemade BBQ sauces were each delicious in their own right, but I'd stick with the sweet-tangy Red Hub or Lexington (NC-style) if I had to choose.
