The food was very good my only complaint the Brisket was a little too fatty for me but i would go back great service as well.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Red Hub. They catered my son and daughter in law’s Oct 2016 wedding rehearsal at The Paramount Theater and it was amazing!The service was wonderful and guests raved about the tremendous variety and excellent taste with all the food.

Their food and sauces are unbelievable. They went above and beyond for us when tasting for our wedding rehearsal. Couldn't be happier knowing that Red Hub will be catering our food the night before our wedding.
