Nevin was very professional and knowledgeable - he was prompt and did a walk thru where he thoroughly explained what we could do with the carpets to bring them back to life after years of pet stains/urine !! He was very focused and diligent - concerned to achieve maximum results! The carpets both looked and smelled great- even two areas that the carpet is nearly 30 yrs old! Highly recommend Nevin for anyone who needs to not just clean but revitalize their carpeting! Great job!

I had an excellent experience using Nevin from Red Hot. Any spots and stains were removed. The carpet dried quickly and he was very careful with all of my furniture putting protective pieces underneath everything so that the stain would not bleed onto the wet carpet. The reminders were timely as were the pre-cleaning instructions. This is a very professional cleaning service.
Love, love, love how my carpets look after Red Hot Carpet has been to my house. They are at least ten years old but always look brand new. Nevin spends time on the stains and magically they are gone. I can never thank him enough. He is truly a professional at what he does!
Nevin is really good at what he does. There is not a stain on my carpeting that he hasn't gotten out. After he is there, the carpeting looks brand new.
