Professional and knowledgeable. Carpets look like brand new! They took their time to pretreat, scrub, then rinse the entire house. I wouldn't hire anyone else.
A really professional job. Nevin was on time, fully explained the cleaning process and got on with the work in a really efficient way. Cleaned carpets in living room, dining area, stairs and two bedrooms. The end result was amazing we are very pleased with the job done. This is not a cheap run through with a steamer, you really get what you pay for. Will certainly use Red Hot in the future and HIGHLY recommend the service!!
