I had the black soot all around by baseboards and my return vents and he was able to get it off and my carpets look amazing! He also cleaned the grout in my foyer and brought it back to its original color. To top it all off, he cleaned my sofa and love seat which is a microfiber material (not ideal and a hard material to clean) and it looks amazing and brand new!
