Best service department in town for all makes. Fantastic showroom. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I will only get my bike worked on by Red Hills.
Took my bike there two weeks ago for them to service it and the service was outstanding. Everybody there was friendly and i had a few laughs with a couple of the younger employees. The guy Evan Fuller, was the funniest tho. Loved talking to him. I will most definitely be back just because of him but i enjoyed everyone.
The new location and show room is really nice. They even have some beautiful Indian and Victory motorcycles that are fairly priced. The salesman that came outside to meet us was rude as hell! We just stopped to look at kids ATV's and had questions. He asked their age and when I said 7 he said he could only sell me a 50cc which I said I wasn't wasting the money on because they would outgrow it in a year. Great people, great bikes. Would recommend them over Tallahassee powersports any day.
Went in today to get a HJC Ironroad Showboat helmet. Right as I got out of my car I was greeted by two employees with smiles. Everyone is always helpful. The new showroom is beautiful makes me want one of everything. Helmet was what I was looking for and priced right. Looking forward to more trips to Red Hills Powersports.
I wish I could give red hills 10 stars. I had a recall with my cb300f and had to have my crank bearings replaced. They fought with warranty tooth and nail to get me what I needed at no cost to me. They picked up my bike from where it was and Not only did they knock their service out of the park, but they did it in a timely manner and with a smile on their faces; they are God sent to say the least! Thank you red hills, for yet another job well done! And thank you for keeping me on the streets!
I had the most wonderful experience there at Red Hills I rode from Savannah GA too Tallahassee FL to have my 500 mile service done great service department and hell of a store will be back
