Very professional.
Avoiding this clinic would be my advice, sadly. My initial appt with Dr Vicki McIntosh was wonderful but every interaction with the reception staff has been an exercise in patience. The doctors are competent but to get to them one has to crawl through the wall of incompetency that is the front desk. It isn’t worth the time or hassle. Given past reviews, the medical reception staff’s lack of ability and conscientiousness is an ongoing issue which the clinic hasn’t mediated. I've been Dr McKellars patient since she started the Practice & would never go elsewhere cause she is the very best GP ever.
UPDATED REVIEW: I came to leave a new review, however seems you can only do one. I wanted to update my review to highlight the wonderful new Doctor, Dr Rebecca Uzzell. I usually book in with Dr Wruck (who is FOREVER the most wonderful) however I couldn't get an appointment in time for what I needed so I booked in with Dr Uzzell who has been with the surgery for 2 weeks.
