Waited over an hour to see Dr Alison, ended up having to leave due to another engagement. No practice management in sight.
I’ve been attending RHDS for a few years now, mostly seeing Dr Genevieve Hopkins and occasionally other doctors (such as Dr Emily Musgrave or Dr Alison Gilmore). My husband regularly sees Dr Tej Sandhu. The doctors and reception staff are always exceptionally kind and we both feel well looked after every time we visit!
This surgery has been my preferred centre for over 15 years. I have been seeing seeing the same GP for all that time. The only exceptions are when she is on leave. For those who prefer to see a female doctor, there are quite a few to choose from. There is a carpark attached, but at certain times of the day, it can be a bit difficult to get a park. There is a pathology clinic next door as well.
I have been a patient at RHDS for over 20 years and always received good care and service. Latterly, Dr Tej Sandhu has been my doctor of choice and I have been very happy with his up to date, practical advice and care
