Very Unfriendly Check-out Receptionists :( I have had really positive experiences with most of the gps! In particular Dr Beres, and Dr Sharnti are always so amazing. The receptionists on check-ins have always been really lovely. The receptionist team at the check-out desk, however, are genuinely the most unfriendly reception staff I have ever encountered. They are sadly so rude and unwelcoming :(

Avoiding this clinic would be my advice, sadly. My initial appt with Dr Vicki McIntosh was wonderful but every interaction with the reception staff has been an exercise in patience. The doctors are competent but to get to them one has to crawl through the wall of incompetency that is the front desk. It isn’t worth the time or hassle. Given past reviews, the medical reception staff’s lack of ability and conscientiousness is an ongoing issue which the clinic hasn’t mediated.
