Dr Amy was great - really kind, calm, and took the time to thoroughly assess me and my baby. She made me feel very comfortable and was lovely with my newborn. I’ve also seen a few of the other doctors at the clinic and they’ve all been really good. I’ve always had a positive experience here.
I came to write a review about my WONDERFUL doctor, Dr Dianne Wruck & I was shocked to see some of the reviews about the surgery & reception staff and encourage people to get their own experience. I have always been met with nothing but the most accommodating reception staff, always happy to go the extra mile, seeking advice when they don’t have the answers at hand. Highly recommend a compasion training course. I called, was asked to fill in three forms and call again to be told phone consultation in a rude way (and I benchmark with other hundreds of good reviews I have done globally)
I had a deeply frustrating experience with Red Hills Doctors Surgery. When I initially tried to book a phone consultation, I scheduled it over the phone, but it was automatically canceled because I hadn't set up a credit card in the HotDoc app. This crucial detail was never communicated to me, leading to unnecessary delays and frustration. I’ve been a patient of this surgery since 2011, and I have never in my life had such amazing care from a GP surgery. My regular GP is amazing, but every other GP I have seen here has been equally great. The nursing staff and reception staff are also lovely, and it’s awesome having a procedure and treatment room on the premises. It’s also super convenient having pathology right next door. I just can’t say enough good things about Red Hill, and can’t see myself ever going anywhere else for medical care.
