I sought care from Dr. Sandhu for medication management. I felt he forced me to come off medication too quickly which resulted in suicidal ideation. He refused my request to pause to stabalise due to his own beliefs as a previous pharmacist. He advised withdrawls weren't possible if you have medication in your system, and studies reporting the opposite weren't accurate. Dr Amy was great - really kind, calm, and took the time to thoroughly assess me and my baby. She made me feel very comfortable and was lovely with my newborn. I’ve also seen a few of the other doctors at the clinic and they’ve all been really good. I’ve always had a positive experience here.
I came to write a review about my WONDERFUL doctor, Dr Dianne Wruck & I was shocked to see some of the reviews about the surgery & reception staff and encourage people to get their own experience. Highly recommend a compasion training course. I called, was asked to fill in three forms and call again to be told phone consultation in a rude way (and I benchmark with other hundreds of good reviews I have done globally)
I had a deeply frustrating experience with Red Hills Doctors Surgery. When I initially tried to book a phone consultation, I scheduled it over the phone, but it was automatically canceled because I hadn't set up a credit card in the HotDoc app. This crucial detail was never communicated to me, leading to unnecessary delays and frustration.
