There is nothing better than Red Hen freshly baked bread! I live 2 1/2 hours away and always plan a side trip when I am in the area. Their bread freezes perfectly so I have some stashed when I have.a perfect bread craving. 🍞
My favorite bread in VT. I was very excited to go to the bakery in Middlesex. Although I was disappointed by the kinda cold and unfriendly service. I don't recall the food or coffee being spectacular. But again, best bread in VT.
Delicious food, very open and clean! they've got a great variety of things (breads, sandwiches, salads etc) to choose from and I absolutely love the window they have so you can look into the bakery and watch them in action!
Fantastic lunch spot.....found it by accident on a “work trip”!
