I hired Red Fox Plumbing to install an Automatic Shut-off Valve in my house. Shane and his son Max were great to work with and I highly recommend them for installation services. I had an outstanding experience with Red Fox Plumbing in Matthews. Shane and Max were fantastic; professional, communicative, and efficient. They booked me in immediately and replaced my new toilet (that I supplied) for just $380. In contrast, another reputable company, WyattWorks Plumbing, had quoted me almost $1,300 for the same job. Both gentlemen were professional, respectful, and kind. They were very efficient and cleaned up under old toilet before placing a new one on. They even checked our pipes and answered all our questions. We will definitely use Red Fox plumbing again. I highly recommend their services. They even put shoe covers on to protect my floors. Shane & team replaced a broken main water line to my house which went under a circular driveway. They did a fantastic job despite the challenges and did not have to tear up the driveway. They were timely and had good communication as to what they were doing and when they were arrive. Price was very fair. I would use them again.
Red Fox plumbing did an amazing job installing our whole house filtration system as well 3 toilets and a new kitchen fixture.
