I hired Red Fox Plumbing to install an Automatic Shut-off Valve in my house. Shane and his son Max were great to work with and I highly recommend them for installation services. They were: Transparent with pricing - while most companies in the area wanted to charge me a service fee to give me a quote, Red Fox gave me a firm quote for the project for free based on some pictures I sent them, and they didn't upcharge me after I hired them for the job. Shane & team replaced a broken main water line to my house which went under a circular driveway. They did a fantastic job despite the challenges and did not have to tear up the driveway. They were timely and had good communication as to what they were doing and when they were arrive. Price was very fair. I would use them again.
Shane and his assistant were very courteous, punctual, and efficient. Besides installing a new water heater for a reasonable price, it was installed neatly and the old water heater taken away without a trace. They also improved one of our toilets--we're so thankful that you were recommended to us!
My sink fell due to shoddy work from Daniel here in Charlotte. When they were contacted they showed up with no tools. I contacted Shane and he is a outstanding plumber. He and his son came out with only a moments notice. He measured and ordered what was needed. When I tell you his work was off the charts. This is an understatement!!! Shane and Max were simply wonderful. They saved us the day before Thanksgiving when our hot water heater went out. They came out early and everything was replaced by 12pm! I will absolutely recommend this duo to all my friends and family and they will be the first ones I call if we ever have plumbing issues in the future. I wish there was an option for more stars!
