Red Fox plumbing did an amazing job installing our whole house filtration system as well 3 toilets and a new kitchen fixture. Not only was their work top notch, they were professional, honest, punctual, and reasonably priced. Shane replied to my texts within minutes to answer any questions or concerns I had. My sink fell due to shoddy work from Daniel here in Charlotte. When they were contacted they showed up with no tools. I contacted Shane and he is a outstanding plumber. He and his son came out with only a moments notice. He measured and ordered what was needed. When I tell you his work was off the charts. This is an understatement!!! Very professional. Great communication from start to finish. A real desire to make sure that the customer is completely happy with the end product. Top notch customer service. Competitive pricing. Quick response. We will definitely use again for future projects, and would recommend using Red Fox if you are looking for a company with integrity.
Called to have someone look,and possibly replace the valves under the kitchen sink. Very prompt in response and came out very quickly to address the concern. Explained what was needed and the price for the work. Turned off the water and got to work. It took about 20 minutes to complete. Turned water back on, no drips and finished up quickly. No mess, no fuss. Very pleasant and friendly. Would highly recommend them and will keep them on speed dial!
Have only had great experiences with Red Fox Plumbing. Any time we've called them we felt like they addressed our issue with an eye towards the least invasive and least expensive solution.
