Shane and his assistant were very courteous, punctual, and efficient. Besides installing a new water heater for a reasonable price, it was installed neatly and the old water heater taken away without a trace. They also improved one of our toilets--we're so thankful that you were recommended to us!
Red Fox plumbing did an amazing job installing our whole house filtration system as well 3 toilets and a new kitchen fixture. Not only was their work top notch, they were professional, honest, punctual, and reasonably priced. Shane replied to my texts within minutes to answer any questions or concerns I had. My sink fell due to shoddy work from Daniel here in Charlotte. When they were contacted they showed up with no tools. I contacted Shane and he is a outstanding plumber. He and his son came out with only a moments notice. He measured and ordered what was needed. When I tell you his work was off the charts. This is an understatement!!! I am so pleased with Red Fox plumbing. They showed up on time and kept me posted on ETA, I was not sitting around all day waiting. I highly recommend using Shane and team for any and all plumbing services. They were extremely punctual, polite, and efficient in completing multiple tasks at our home. They are fair priced and explain in detail the actions they would take and did take to correct our issues. Red Fox is the standard for exemplary work and we will be using them in the future and recommending to friends and family!
