Absolute service today, my daughter is very impressed with her balloons!! Says they are beautiful & I’m very thankful for the help from staff with helping select the colours ect.

I bought some balloons from Red Fox on Saturday and later in the night I realised one of the number balloons was deflating. Because it was very late, I emailed Sharon that night. Didn't expect a response until Sunday morning. Sharon responded straight away and offered to meet me at the shop on Sunday morning, before our function start to get us a new balloon to the one that is defective.
