This is one of the best-equipped party shops I've ever been to, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. They have decorations (various themes, occasions & colours, favours, invitations, costumes (kids & adults), all the cake baking/decorating gear you can possibly imagine, gifts, guest books, balloons of all kinds, pre-made cakes/cupcakes ready for decoration and so much more! Everything is reasonably priced as well, 10/10 highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

I needed to arrange a balloon bouquet for same day delivery in the local area. The website didn't have quite what I wanted and I sent an email query the night before. Red Fox got back to me the following morning (called again when I couldn't take their first call). Ebony was super helpful, and was able to customize an arrangement for my specific needs. Refused to allow a refund for an item purchased a few days ago that was completely unopened, with receipt, for change of circumstances. Say it’s store policy, but when I mentioned it’s not written anywhere visible or the receipt they said ‘I think it’s on the website’ and then turned around a poster that had it written in small writing that it’s exchange or store credit only, which was conveniently facing away from where anyone could see it. Didn't offer refund or any hint of apology for the overcharging on Eftpos at a higher amount than the ticketed price. When mentioned within minutes of the overcharge, just got a 'someone must have priced it wrong'. I said all of the similar items had the same price. The guy at the counter just looked back down and ignored it from there. Only a small amount, but it wouldn't have taken much effort to refund the difference from the till, a quick 'sorry about that', and show some intention to fix the rest of the stock.
