One of the worst places in Tulsa to rent. I almost put "to live" but that would be stretching it. I was the unfortunate person to feel stuck there for three years. I hated it and also was stuck do to money and health constraints. Many of the health issues stemmed from the refusal of ownership/management to take care of any issues.
