Had an appointment and never showed up and never returned phone call. Extremely unprofessional.
I hired Red Fern to cut my lawn, and I was not impressed. They cut it very uneven and did no trimming. I called and spoke with the owner who literally stated that my expectations were unrealistic, and he couldn't cut it even. If i wanted him to attempt to cut it even, that he would have to charge me extra.
