We called late on a Friday (after hours about 6:40pm) when we noticed our ac was working. Buffie answered and wasnt super nice. Tried to help us over the phone to see if we could fix it, but we couldn't. So she sent someone to our home to fix it. Couldn't believe how quick they came out and got us fixed up on a Friday night! He arrived at about 8:30 pm and was quick and nice. Thank you red e air for coming out and fixing our air so quick on a Friday !!
