Ms. Amy was very kind and helpful. We joked about having the same name. The property was nice and clean. Ms. Amy even helped me to my car. Such a sweet girl
Under the new acquisition we are now unable to access our units 24/7, the major selling point for me on this location was that 24/7 gate access. We are now able to access from 6am-10pm such a bummer.. *edit* they continued to bill and invoice me for 2 months after vacating the property and canceling my unit.
The woman who assisted us was amazing and a pleasure to talk with. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
My review is for Moriya from SROA Gulfport, Mississippi regarding SROA Jackson Street Pensacola; FL. I had some serious problems with the former manager at the Jackson street location in Pensacola since October, and Moriya had came to Pensacola to help straighten everything out. I received very curteous customer service and complete professionalism.
