We did a short cash payoff on our house in Winamac Indiana. Red Dot House has been awesome with us our loan was 21,000.00 with 1,000.00 down 500.00 month our house will be paid off in May 2023 no balloon payment at end nothing surprising coming at us everything is cut and dry. The staff is amazing we moved in right before pandemic they offered assistance to anyone who would need luckily my husband worked through pandemic so we didn’t have to accept offer.
