The owner of this company, Mike Taylor, runs other businesses in the Indianapolis area. It's quite apparent he is only in it for the money, and has zero care for the people that are his customers/clients. Don't trust this guy in any of the businesses he runs. He will leave you high and dry and screw you over any chance he gets. Zero integrity, zero character, zero moral compass. Poor excuse of a business owner, but more importantly, poor excuse of a man.
My family member lives in a house or horror. It's infested by bugs and rather than fix the problem they offer up excuses. $2100 a month is WAYYYY TO MUCH TO PAY TO LIVE LIKE THAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really hope they take this to court or call the BOH so the News. I might just call the news station myself. The children shouldn't have to live like that. I will never rent from this company. Never
