The dark interior complete with wood floors and walls gives the feeling of going back to another era. Great Seattle Hot Spot – Red Door has become a trendy hot spot for the sub-30 crowd. It features strong drinks and a great atmosphere, all mixed into an environment where meeting other people is very easy. If dancing is more of your thing, hit up Red Door as a pre-function and then head over to the Ballroom, which is just down the street.
This place rocks!! – I went on a Thursday night and this place was awesome. There are lots of fine women and a great staff, as well.
Sexy waitstaff – I love the Red Door. An awesome atmosphere, with a fun, beautiful waitstaff. I swear to you, the servers put the clientel to shame! Go if you want to have fun in a casual, relaxed atmosphere.
for those who like waiting for drinks – on friday and saturday - if you like being in a crowded bar where it takes 15 minutes to get your drink order filled - red door is your place.
Fremont Rocks – Great People who love to drink beer. Stairs are dangerous if you drink too much.
Best of Everything – The Red Door has the best of everything. Go during the day for a fast, reasonably priced lunch; at night during the week for a fun crowd of regulars throwing darts and watching sports; or on the weekend to pick up some little hottie. The owners, bartenders, and servers are good people. They don't suffer fools and they do show preferrence for regulars. That's what a neighborhood bar should be.
Two Shots: $20! – There's a great deal on shots at The Red Door. For only $20 you get 2, 3/4 shots of Patrone. Good thing there cool and don't take advantage of their current "pull" on Saturday nights. Too expensive, but the scene is fun there on Saturday's in September. The deck is nice. Fun and ambitious servers thrive here. "More shots? Jageirmestier??" "Yeah gurl" was our most common response but the effort and fun attitude were appreciated.
Two words... Mashed Potatoes – There are so many things I love about the Red Door. First, the service. All of the servers are very attentive and friendly. If there is a open seat sit at the bar and enjoy the company of Steve the bartender, who is very personable and fun. Oh my, I almost forgot the food! Mashed Potatoes prepared the same way your Grandmother would make them. All and all this bar is truly one of my favorites, just remember, Thursday, Friday Saturday nights are much too busy. The best servers and bartenders in ... read more
Customer comes last.... – My days and years patronizing this place have come to an end. Don't waste your time beginning a tradition. It'll be hard to anyway. While the food is decent at best, the rest goes downhill from there. 'Mistakes' by the kitchen have been numerous; lack of expressed regret or apology is rampant from servers and kitchen. I was the last holdout in my department here at a large company in Fremont, where many of my co-workers have 86'd this dive from their lunching out selections ....much for the same rea... read more
