great place! – If your looking for a crowded packed bar full of overdressed deusche bag frat boys than this is the place for you! I love waiting an hour to get a beer only for it to take 20 minutes to wade my way back to my table through hoards of gold digging girls..overall a great bar!

I've finally warmed up to the new location – I used to be a loyalist to the "old" Red Door because I missed the cozy atmosphere - but I've finally come around and learn to appreciate what the new one has to offer. I LOVE the outdoor bar and patio. They have a great beer selection. And really good food. I've only been there once when the waitress was a bit on the snotty side, so for the most part the service is quite good - even when the crowds start getting a bit drunk and disorderly.

A good place to end up – I would never go here to start the night, but it's fun ending up there, about an hour or two before the bars close. Yeah, its usually crowded, but its a good place to meet people and its usually even easy to get a table if you want one. Good drinks and good prices. The women's bathroom is always clean, too!

too much 'tude – go during the day or early in the week. it gets too busy, sweaty, and snotty later and on weekends. the bar staff may be cute but cant seem to stop checking out themselves to do their job. hold off on the shots and serve, be a rock star on your own time. the food is still good though and the beer selection is good, liquor is a bit over priced. its not belltown, as much as everyone thinks and hopes.

A beloved Fremont tavern grows up and taps a new beer-chugging crowd. – The Scene Fremont's reputation for frump and funk is quickly becoming more rumor than reality. The same is true at the Red Door, where patrons look more like fraternity alums than quirky vegetarians. Bartenders, though, still remember the regulars, here to sip a frosty pint with good friends, not to "see and be seen." It all adds up to a place that feels homey enough, especially on rainy nights. The Draw You'll want the burgers and fish-n-chips because t... read more

Worst Bar in Seattle – If you are looking for a good time with friends, DO NOT GO TO THE RED DOOR. They use to be a fun neighborhhod bar, but sadly have lost their identity. The staff at the Red Door are extremey rude, the drinks are overpriced and the food is horrible. One of the worst bars in Seattle.

The same. but different... – Those of you expecting the old Red Door experience need to get a clue. Times do change, get over it. Those differnces between the old and new...They are the words called "Clean" and "Sunlight" these two words were sorely lacking in the old digs. The food is still great and the service has always been tops in the 12 years I've been going. And if you don't like crowds, don't go during busy times, sheesh, don't be an idiot!

Best place in Seattle – I ad the best experience here. The people were all really nice and the atnosphere was very energetic. The food was outstanding and the beer even better. Lots of Guiness, darts, large tv's and great music. I HIGHLY reccomend you check it out. It's tricky to find on the corner in Fremont, but it is worth!!!
