Me and my 3 children started renting a duplex from Phyllis in April. Discovered bed bugs and battled them for 7 months before deciding to leave. She knew about the bugs. Put a special claus in my lease and now i have to take her to court. She willingly let me and my children move into a home with vermin and did not tell us ANYTHING about it, breaking the warranty of habitability.
