This is for the Maineville, Ohio location. Terrible leadership, staff, processes, professionalism, accountability. Will never return! Most recent experience - requested approximately 10 "stay and play" services well over 2 weeks ago. They "accepted/confirmed" the request for services. Show up today at 7 am and they refuse to take my dog...state they NOW need updated immunization records. If I could give a ZERO I would. I have left my cats at Red Dog before. This last time was the WORST. They were boarded for 5 days. I called in and checked on them daily. When I would speak to some one, they would say "they are doing fine, just a little nervous around us, but their warming up". I asked how they were eating, drinking, and using the bathroom, I was told "the first day not so good, but the following days after, they were eating and using the bathroom good".
