When we picked up our dog from a week long stay at the St. Charles location he smelled so bad we had to take him home and give him a bath. His back feet were stained yellow and his bedding smelled of urine! He failed the group test so was not allowed to play outside with the dogs during the day. I have never seen him bare his teeth to any dog even when we take him to the dog park but they said he did and that’s fair but did they not take him out at all?? We will never leave him there again! I felt so bad for him.
