They are some of the most caring staff and vets you’ll meet. When our dog was rushed to U of IL as an emergency, they called almost daily and then weekly for updates. I’ve never had a vet that showed true compassion to think of us and our pet as we were dealing with everything. Definitely top notch place!
I absolutely ADORE this place, especially Dr. Probst. My poor kitty, Jhett, was so so sick last winter. We couldn’t figure out what was going on. She not only figured it out but she made sure we had the proper stuff at home in case of flare ups. (He was officially diagnosed with IBD which caused him to vomit non stop and have bad diarrhea...he gets so sick). When we had my pig Mia who passed away we took her here and they treated us really nicely and her really nicely. When she passed away they sent a card and everyone from the clinic signed it. So please I do really recommend going.
