Update: After discussions I have been refunded the amount charged and Red Cottage is resolving their issue with Vargo. Their policies are a total BAIT AND SWITCH. They use Vargo to make appointments. On the app for the appt they state cost "$95 or 10 points" for a massage. I went to check out and was told it was only $10 off. The manager said this is a mistake on the website not their issue and not something that she or the owners were going to honor. Where is the truth in advertising?
