Worst company. Waiting on a refund for over a year now. Contacted corporate and location office to still receive nothing, not even a phone call. While living at the complex, maintance and office staff did nothing but try to charge us extra.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! To summarize briefly, my roommate and I moved to the Cliffs @ 6th Avenue West in Golden, December 2018 and it has been a terrible living situation to say the least. Move In Day - Apartment is Unlivable - Note: This was one of the "Upgraded Units" Heat was out and apartment locks didn't work. Built without cable ports for first month (Xfinity had to come out and drill) Shelving installed improperly - Fell off walls and hit me and my roommates girlfriend on top of the head! We are currently living in one of their "million dollar renovated apartments" the montage! They are not NEW at all! I have pictures of just one of my NEW cabinets being supported with toilet paper and caulking!My first 2 months here the maint staff for the most pary do not speak English so our air conditioner went out we moved in here in August that was rough. I have asked they comply with my lease agreement and give me 24 hrs notice prior to any entry into the unit (which has be violated on multiple occasions). My fireplace has backed up and filled the unit with smoke on 2 occasions. There has been NO follow up by a Chimney company after my second complaint about the fireplace on 2/18 -At this point I know longer feel safe in the apartment or have the confidence that my maintenance requests are even a concern of Kia Ora or that my apartment is not being intentionally gone throug... read more

This place is the worst place i have ever dealt with. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They will not return my security deposit of 250.00 after denying my application for one of their apartments. They keep sending me to a voice mail. I have called millions of times over the past month and they literally keep either hanging up on me or sending me to a voice mail that after leaving several messages, they will not reply. Applied for an apartment and did not get approved because of a credit issue. Leasing agent told us that we would get our refund of $250 in 30 days. I called 2 months later afternoon not receiving the check, and they transferred me to customer relations where she told us she would "get this sh*t handled" and hung up. We called back for her to tell us to stop calling. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said she doesn't have one. Parents beware and know your rights. The managers at Serenade are telling residents to "record the children" if there are issues. I lived at serenade next to a young child who could fully communicate with words but preferred to scream at the top of her lungs instead, outside my apartment, almost daily, sometimes for hours. I begged the property manager and Tenant Relations manager ******** if I could move to another location. I could not. This is the worse company I've ever dealt with, I have cancer and only one month left in my lease I've been trying to contact someone for the past five weeks to answer a simple question.
