Excellent food, excellent service, good size portions and fair prices! It was good enough I ate there once several years ago and remembered I wanted to eat there again the next time I was in Carlsbad. :)
If you like BBQ, Red Chimney is a great place to eat. The atmosphere is rustic and comfortable. The place is exceptionally clean, service is good and the food is really good. Like all BBQ places these days, it's a bit pricey, but the taste helps ease the pain in your wallet.
