Great - if you love moldy carpets.'' It has been 3 days since Super Steam visited and my socks are still getting wet when I walk on the carpet - that means 3 days of mold growth. BTW, I was quoted a 2 hour dry time and "extended drying times" are not their concern as I was very rudely informed. If they want to improve on their business model they should leave blowers for each carpet area for 1-2 days onsite to help improve drying. A simple solution. Overpayed, and UNDERWORKED This cleaning company charged us almost 800.00 a month to clean our office. They sent one person which was understandable for the size of the facility but also did not reflect the rate they were charging. The person they sent was supposed to come two times a week, WED. in the evenings and on the weekend. Rarely they made it the days they were supposed to come. UNPROFESSIONAL CARPET CLEANERS - SCAMWhen I called to make an appointment, I explained everything that was supposed to be cleaned and the lady who took my information gave me my total \$ 189.99 + tax (5 rooms & a stair way), when the cleaning guys came, they estimated the work for \$ 400+ and after arguing and negotiating, they agreed on \$ 256, I could cancel the appointment but since we all canceled our Sunday schedules we had no choice but to go ahead, they finished cleaning (the whole rooms, stairs) in 30 minutes and I c... read more
total RIP OFF terrible service Stay away at all costs!!! Guy came out and quoted me 100 for my whole couch and 50 for my rug. I told him I only wanted half the couch because thats where the dogs sleep. Without my authorization he cleans it all then gives me a bill for 240!!!! And claims its because he used "pet treatment" I never saw any special chemicals at all. Terrible experience for me. We had a pet accident so we called this company who came out the next day and charged us more for one room than they do for multiple rooms. Long story short is that their "cleaning" did absolutely nothing to help the smell. I went out and bought my own consumer carpet cleaning machine and did it myself. A large amount of dirt that came out AFTER they did their cleaning service which tells me their methods dont work or their techs arent trained properly. Either way the smells are now gone.
