AWFUL!!! Terrible service and rude management!!! We hired this company to do our carpet cleaning. We were quoted somewhere between \$175 to \$200 to clean 4 rooms.I take off from work to meet the workers at 11am, the technician arrive 4 hours late from original appointment time, walked in without even looking or examining the carpet or the size of the rooms, giving me a bill of \$359 plus tax. after 20 mins of dishonest statements; he said that I was wasting his time and he cannot charge less than \$295.I agreed to pay due t... read more
UNPROFESSIONAL CARPET CLEANERS - SCAMWhen I called to make an appointment, I explained everything that was supposed to be cleaned and the lady who took my information gave me my total \$ 189.99 + tax (5 rooms & a stair way), when the cleaning guys came, they estimated the work for \$ 400+ and after arguing and negotiating, they agreed on \$ 256, I could cancel the appointment but since we all canceled our Sunday schedules we had no choice but to go ahead, they finished cleaning (the whole rooms, stairs) in 30 minutes and I c... read more

Great - if you love moldy carpets.'' It has been 3 days since Super Steam visited and my socks are still getting wet when I walk on the carpet - that means 3 days of mold growth. BTW, I was quoted a 2 hour dry time and "extended drying times" are not their concern as I was very rudely informed. If they want to improve on their business model they should leave blowers for each carpet area for 1-2 days onsite to help improve drying. A simple solution. Beware extremely horrible company!!!!This company is terrible, do not fall for their advertisements. I found their ad in a local coupon magazine that is mailed out to the neighborhoods each week of so. Called and told them I needed a one bedroom plus living room apt cleaned. They told me the technician would be there between the hours of 11 and 1. I got to the apartment a little early just to make sure everything was in order. Overpayed, and UNDERWORKED This cleaning company charged us almost 800.00 a month to clean our office. They sent one person which was understandable for the size of the facility but also did not reflect the rate they were charging. The person they sent was supposed to come two times a week, WED. in the evenings and on the weekend. Rarely they made it the days they were supposed to come. When I got home here are the problems I found: Random dirt particles and left over food all over the floor even after a vaccum and mop. Food caked on the sink in areas. Dirt behind my bathroom door at bottom of baseboards. She didnt make the beds. Breakfast table and chairs still had left over muffin crumbs on them from that mornings breakfast. Food under breakfast table still. Spots on floor that had not been properly mopped. She didnt put anything back where it belonged (bathrooms, etc). Didnt move any of the small applian... read more
