I have gone to this car wash for many years, over the last year the customer service has gotten worse and worse. The service is majorly slacking, spent 22.00 on deluxe package, dash had not been wiped down, center counsel not wiped down, back floor barely vacuumed, front floor barely vacuumed. Had my husband take it back up there and they refused to fix it or give refund. Will never be going back again. Spoke to dan the owner and Ed, the manager and they were both extremely rude. I will never go back. My kids could have done a better job with a hose in the front yard. Interior was horrible and only one side of the front got vacuumed. I took it there for the sole purpose of having my sons car look fabulous when he comes back to get it and instead I end up doing all the work myself. What a rip off.I wish I had seen this board first.
First time I ever been there and I definitely did not like it. First, I thought they did a terrible job "wiping down" my interior. Secondly, I had my auxiliary cord stolen so I called to speak with the manager and all he did was ask for my license plate and phone number; which to me I was a bit confuse to why that's needed and it seemed as if it didn't even matter. My cell phone was stolen during my car wash yesterday. The manager is conducting an "internal investigation." I assume they have security cameras!! They are supposed to get back to me with the outcome in a day or so. I'll post the outcome just to be fair.
Never will go back!! Been there several times and each time was a waste of hard earned money. The last visit on 1/24/16 in spite of stressing I was more focused on the interior getting cleaned due to the sloppy winter weather I pulled out with the interior not looking much better than when I pulled in. Terrible service for $15.98.
Very disappointed in my experience today. Bunch of kids worried about who was going to do what next - could you finish my truck first?!?! I had to tell them what they missed - repeatedly. If I end up having to do most of it myself because of these jokers I might as well go to the $3 wash.
