I was in the morning of 12/5/18, The outside of my car looks great. The Inside of my car looks as if wasn’t cleaned at all. They added lemon pads under the seat and there is a whole fry underneath one. Considering there were 6 people dealing with my car, it should have been spotless inside and out. I usually detail my own car but I assumed maybe throughout the years Red Carpet would hire employees that actually know how to clean and detail cars. My mistake. Hey! At least I got my outside of my car cleaned for $25!

So its 5:55. I pull up to the pumps in front of check in,not to pump gas but to clean out all the trash out of my weather tech floor mats. My clock said 5:57, i start to pull up and the attendant is walking in so i ask her can they squeeze me in,she walks throught to ask the manager that is drying off a Mercedes . I get it my clock was 3 minutes behind,but for the tall Hispanic guy yelling at me was a little to far. Time to find a new place to wash.
Why is it ALWAYS a problem to get the middle console vacuumed or wiped out??
I was a regular customer for 25 years. So regular that I earn free washes with points often. No more. I pulled up today at 3:01pm behind 3 other cars. A guy came out and told me there were closed. They closed at 3. I said I was 1 minute past time and three cars in front of me. So much for customer service and being a loyal customer. I drove from Washington to my car washed, I guess I hit one to many red lights. NO more. Back to washing and drying my car myself.
Today I went back to this Red Carpet for my free 3 day rain wash and am very disappointed. It seems that this past Thursday they do clean the “whole” car inside and out, meaning they do wipe out the inside front and back, but today they only do the windows inside and the whole outside. I am so confused and angry. I am paying for a full service car wash and do not always get it. I have been going here for years and there is no consistency. Staff is very friendly and polite. Our vehicles always look really nice when we leave. Don't forget to put money in the tip box located outside.
If you want your car clean, this isn't your place. The last two times I've been thru it hasn't been good. I'll just save my 20 bucks and do it myself. Highly disappointed.
