This was my first bank. I moved across the country but still have my account, its that good!

The ATM card not only wont work but the machine in the Federal Way branch took the card and now I have no money or access to my account until I have time to go into a branch at the end of the week. They also advertise 24 access and indeed do not have that to offer. Huge waste of time and very frustrating to do business with.
